Anyone want some? Well I hope not because there is nothing left. I totally cheated in making this as I did not have time to make the chilli and white sauce from scratch so just bought jars. I won’t try and claim that I could normally make the pasta from scratch.
Insanely simple to do, brown off a shed load of mince:
Then add the jar of chilli and heat through for a couple of minutes.
Make sure the oven is preheated at gas mark 6, then you need to layer the lasagne into a dish. Chilli, pasta, chilli, pasta, chilli, pasta, white sauce, cheese.
Put it in the oven and flip it round about halfway through:
And then you are done, in theory after 30 mins, but I got stupid lasagne that took over an hour to even be slightly cooked. Ah well, still ace!
Serve with garlic bread and steam!
