After a hard day in the gym yesterday we decided what better way to celebrate than having a massive feast… Sensible hey?
So as a side / starter we had a selection of random “Indian” food:

More accurately:
2 x Large Onion Bhaji
2 x Large Chicken Tikka Samosa
1 x Chicken Kathi Kebab
5 x Poppadom
Probably enough of a meal on its own, but no important to add the main course:

A massive pizza, well half Pepperoni and half Chicken, with some garlic bread.
No wonder I felt like I was going to explode for the rest of the night! Beer didn’t help the digestion either 😉
Who wants in next time? @nickobeano and @chiefinho up for it again?

Anyone want some? Well I hope not because there is nothing left. I totally cheated in making this as I did not have time to make the chilli and white sauce from scratch so just bought jars. I won’t try and claim that I could normally make the pasta from scratch.

It tasted a lot better than it looks… honest. Kudos to BK for bringing this out!
A normal burger, with a layer of coated chilli on top, then Jalapenos and a Cajun sauce.
Good training hey 😉

Yay breakfast.
For lunch we went over to The Celtic Club, which appeared more like a members club or British legion than a bar but anyway they did good burgers.
The afternoon was dedicated to the MTUB (Melbourne Twitter Underground Brigade) meet-up in honour of STA Travel and Earn Your Stripes. We all met up at Softbelly (as mentioned here) and it was a great chance to share a few beers with some great locals.
After which we went for Chinese, got fed a lot of VERY strange stuff I had little idea about. I think there were prawn dumplings (where the dumpling had the texture of skin) along with custard puddings (as a starter). Some of it was brilliant, some less so.
